Fresh from the market razor clam recipe with simple ingredients: white wine, chillis, garlic, parsley!
Recipe
Ingredients (for 4 servings)
1kg of razor clams
4-5 cloves of minced garlic
4-6 dried chilies
Lots of chopped parsley
1-2 bird eye chilies (for the spicy kick!)
1.5 cups of white wine
Method
Soak razor clams under salted cold water for 30 minutes. Clean outer shell of razor clams.
Heat up pan/wok and drizzle with olive oil. Stir-fry chillies and garlic until fragrant.
Add razor clams. Add white wine and parsley.
Cover pan/wok with lid and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Add salt according to taste.
Remove heat. Garnish dish with chopped parsley.
