Ingredients
100g of beef (flank, sirloin cuts are good)
200g of broccoli
1 clove of garlic
Dried shallots (for garnish)
Beef marinade
1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of light soy-sauce
A pinch of salt
A pinch of white pepper
1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of corn starch
A little drizzle of water (mix it into the marinade for the beef slices to absorb the moisture)
Seasonings
1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon of soy-sauce
A pinch of white pepper
Instructions
Marinate beef. Slice beef into thin strips. In a bowl, mix beef and beef marinade. Set aside in the fridge (at least 10-15 minutes)
Prepare remaining ingredients. Slice broccoli into edible sizes. Mince or slice garlic.
Heat up pan and drizzle some oil. Stir-fry marinaded beef (1-2 minutes on each side). Add garlic and broccoli. Add seasonings. Stir-fry for a few minutes. Remove from pan..
