An easy egg side dish, do not underestimate how full 1 egg can make you feel!
Remember (a) : 1 egg = 1 portion, 2 egg = 2 portions.
Remember (b) : 1:1.5 egg to water ratio (for a smooth, silky texture)

Ingredients
2 eggs
Lukewarm water (remember 1:1.5 egg to water ratio)
Salt
Soy Sauce
Sesame Oil
Dried Shallots (for garnish)
Spring Onions (for garnish)
Instructions
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl. Add appropriate amount of water and salt. Mix well. Get rid of air bubbles on top of egg mixture.
Steam eggs in bamboo steamer for 8-10 minutes under low heat. Steamed egg should be jiggly but firm when cooked.
Remove from steamer. Serve hot, drizzle with soy sauce, sesame oil and garnish with dried shallots and spring onions.
